Planting the Seed Session #3
with Michael Hammond
Session Description:
When we don’t understand something like mental illness, we lean on old mantras like “think positive” or “it’s all in your head.” It’s what we say when we don’t know what to say. In this presentation, we’ll learn what mental illness actually is, so we can support each other effectively. Whether we’re trying to help our child, friend or colleague, tackling mental illness starts with facts. Learn what to do when you don’t know what to do.
