uzuki Music/Musique Canada (SMMC) is a team of Canadians dedicated to further developing the Suzuki Method™ in Canada under the auspices of the Suzuki Association of the Americas (SAA), a community of teachers, parents, educators, and learners dedicated to making music and early childhood education available to all young people in the Americas.

Suzuki teachers and community members can now register for a combined Suzuki Association of the Americas and Suzuki Music/Musique Canada membership for $ 150 CAD.

At the SAO Annual General Meeting held in hybrid format on Sunday, November 3, the SAO Board of Directors put forward a motion to voluntarily dissolve the Corporation, pursuant to section 166(b) of the Not-For-Profit Corporations Act, 2010. This motion followed 2 additional updates to the bylaw language to permit the Suzuki Association of Ontario to be dissolved and reformed as part of the greater vision of Suzuki Music/Musique Canada.

Amplify Canadian voices: Ensure Canadians are well-represented within the SAA.
Expand training and programming: Increase opportunities for Suzuki teacher training and student programming across Canada.
Promote Suzuki learning and teaching: Strengthen the presence and understanding of the Suzuki Method™ within the Canadian music community.
